Louis Simon
French militant pacifist & individualist anarchist.
(July 9, 1900-July 31, 1980)
Biographical/historical note :
Louis Simon was a college professor in Paris, & scientist (mathematician) as well as a writer & poet.
As a pacifist Simon organized the "Ligue d'Action Pacifiste" with Pierre Martin. As a propagandist of individualist anarchism, he devoted himself to spreading the ideas of Han Ryner (his father-in-law), & to this end began "les Cahier des amis de Han Ryner" in 1939, the publication of which continued until his death.
Simon also wrote "A la découverte de Han Ryner" & "Un individualiste dans le social" (1973).
