Shiggy Circuit

The shiggy circuit involves thousands of young women (colloquialism, shiggies) who never obtain a permanent adult residence of their own. Instead they spend a night, a week, a month wherever there is a man with an apartment to share. The phenomenon developed in the early 21st century, partially in response to the housing crisis.
