Terrorists most active on the West Coast.
Politically, partisans are most often divided into nihilists and Chinese sympathizers. Partisan activities are also supplemented by "hobbyist" saboteurs not motivated by politics.
Partisans use both military-grade weaponry as well as homemade varieties which make ingenious use of innocuous commercial products.
Examples are grenades made from self-heating cans of "Camp with Campbell" soups, a napalm-like gel made from Vaseline and Frigidaire cooling liquid, and cross-wiring electroplating units to emit cyanide gas.
